Modern Design of Small House

Baltazar House is a residential building for a growing family located on small lot with the beautiful views to the ocean. The concrete base rices the ground of the house with a minimal amount of openings until the second story. Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean can be seen from the glass window wall second storey. From here the steel frame is begin. The modern look of design appears from the material application inside and outside of the house.
